Description
A medium fast setting RTV silicone rubber, Pink in colour, easily pourable and medium soft. T25 is suitable for the casting of plaster, ciment fondu, waxes, polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resins.Ratio of catalyst to rubber is 5% (100g of rubber requires 5g of catalyst).Mix and fold the two components together avoiding as much air entrapment as possible. Pour the mixed material in a long streaky stream to help burst air bubbles introduced during mixing. Warmer temperatures will accelerate the cure. The volume of material required can be calculated by filling the void with dry rice which can then be poured into a measuring jug to give the volume required.This silicone rubber is not suitable to be used with the RTV catalysts and must be used with the supplied catalyst.
