Satin Matte Red is an opaque, buttery scarlet glaze that accentuates textured ware and boasts a classic art deco appearance.

Satin Mattes break slightly over edges and texture and boast a soft satin feel. These glazes are formulated to be 100% mixable. Use Clear Satin to lighten color tones, Satin Black to create shades, and Satin White to create tints. Satin Mattes are a semi-opaque glaze and will have different results with different clay bodies. Using speckled clays will give a speckled result. Apply 3 even coats for best results.
