The Standard 104 Red Clay with Grog is a versatile red terra cotta clay with fine grog, making it good for handbuilding, throwing, and slab work. Images hsows 104 at cone 06 oxidation (left) and cone 4 oxidation (right). Slightly more brownish than the similar Standard 103 at Cone 2.
Shrinkage: 6% at C/06, 11% at C/4
Absorption: 13.2% at C/06, 3% at C/4
