This Material Kit is designed for a Fascinator Hat Online Video Course. The video is not included in the kit and can be purchased separately.

This kit is designed for use with the FASCINATOR HAT online video course and includes all basic and necessary materials. You will receive:
– 1 Polystyrene hat block
– 1 meter of sinamay straw (colour of your choice)
– 40 cm millinery wire
– 40 cm veiling (ivory or black)
– 30 cm Millinery Elastic (black or white)
– Matching thread
– Needle
– Blocking pins
– Water spray bottle
– UHU all purpose glue
– Tailor pins
– Measuring tape
