The glaze is a pale blue green, with a grey undertone this colour will look fantastic on all your pottery designs. The Botz Pro glaze is a perfect choice to create perfect pottery pieces, earthenware, stoneware, and tableware. Botz recommend (from 1200C) in high firing for tableware, clays are almost always sintered and hence the dishes are suitable for food, so therefore the glaze can be applied to your tableware without any worries.The Celadon Green Botz Pro is a beautiful glaze with a semi-transparent glassy look. The hotter the glaze is fired the more it will flow and become semi-transparent.Extremely easy to use in a broad firing range from 1020C to 1280C (cone 05-04 to cone 8-9)
At 1050C the glaze is very colourful and almost opaque. Apply 2-3 glazing coats.
At 1150C the glaze is vibrant in colour with a semi-transparent surface. Apply 2 glazing coats.
At 1250C the glaze is glassy, semi-transparent with intensive pastel shades, which is fabulous on porcelain clay. Apply 2 glazing coats.

Will flow more at a higher temperature.

Tends to run when applied thickly from 1150C.
